What we do:

• Step 1. Meet with owners to understand facility problems, goals and priorities.
• Step 2. Work with facility operators to understand the existing systems condition and energy operation.
• Step 3. Utilize internal and external expertise to develop a plan based upon the owner's priorities. The strategic plan includes recomendations and options for projects, costs, cash flow, savings and funding sources.
• Step 4. Implement plan at owner's pace.
